OSSA+ Composite™
Bone, by calibration.
Our own material, developed over years side by side with surgeons — so practice models finally drill, feel and sound like the real thing. Safe, consistent, and made entirely in-house.
Validated where it matters: under
the burr.
Our models are designed alongside working ENT surgeons, tested by hundreds of hands at live workshops, and now entering formal studies at teaching hospitals.
Six properties, engineered and tested.
These are not marketing adjectives — they are the axes our material development is calibrated against.
Progressive drill resistance
The drill pushes back differently as you pass from hard outer bone into the honeycomb cells beneath — teaching your hands exactly how much pressure is right.
Burr vibration feedback
You feel the same gentle hum in your fingers that you would in theatre — the early warning that the bone is changing under your burr.
Realistic tactile response
Press, probe and dissect — thin bone flexes and gives the way it should, including over the structures you must never harm.
Authentic cutting acoustics
Experienced surgeons drill by sound as much as by sight. Here, the pitch changes as you approach an important landmark — just as it does in the OR.
Controlled fracture behaviour
Make a mistake, and it looks and feels like a mistake. That is how judgement is learned — safely, on the bench.
Natural debris response
Bone dust forms and clears under suction and water exactly as you'd expect — so you learn to keep a clean field while you work.
Developed with surgeons. Manufactured in-house.
Everything happens under one roof in Mumbai — the chemistry, the casting, the finishing. Every model is shaped with practising ENT surgeons and improved after every workshop, one piece of honest feedback at a time.
